Editors submit text and sources. Reviewers approve a specific draft hash and base revision. Ingestion does not publish automatically; changes to approved scheduled text require review again.

Clearly label sponsorship and commercial relationships. They cannot purchase factual conclusions. This release makes no sponsored-client or commercial-effect claim.

Without reliable new evidence, explain which assumptions remain, what is missing and the next trigger. Never turn old data into a new fact by changing the issue date.
