Data and privacy boundaries

Public reading does not require enterprise secrets. Editorial accounts and operations are separate.

Published Revision 1

Keep enterprise context local

Analysis

The public content model does not accept ledgers, contracts, inventory, budgets or final reports. Editorial ingestion is for material intended for publication and must not serve as private enterprise backup.

Accounts and access

Analysis

The backend stores editorial accounts, roles and publication audit records. Public reading requires no login; reads and downloads are not research receipts. Before public operation, the operator must finalize contact details, retention, erasure routes and processor information.

Receipts and consent

Analysis

Existing research receipts retain their own consent versions and workflow rules. This CMS does not create tracking consent, collect private results or count technical logs as verified adoption.
