Sources retain an HTTPS URL, as-of, release, locator and rights basis. The publisher preserves submitted references; this is not a claim that every upstream contract has been independently audited.

Value, quantity and price cannot substitute for one another. A sample movement is not the entire industry. Missing data is not evidence of no business change; identify absent units, periods and baselines.

Editors review a new immutable revision for corrections. A serious issue may require withdrawal, with a withdrawn event and visible reason. Historical content remains traceable.
